Q-flow licensing conditions

Q-flow 3 can be downloaded and used for free if the number of users is less than or equal to 10.

Q-flow is sold under a usage license, according to a contract in which rights and obligations of each part are established, and in which Urudata Software gives the client the software's activation codes.

Full licensing for one instllation only requires:

• Server licenses
• User licenses

No licenses are needed for development and administration tools.

Server licenses: Q-flow Server

Q-flow Server: enables Q-flow to be installed in a single Q-flow Server, with no limitations regarding the number of processes that can be developed.

User licenses: Q-flow Client

Q-flow Client: enables a number of users to take part in an unlimited number of processes.

Q-flow Client licensing mode: It uses the concept of named user. One license is required for each user that is to take part in one or more processes.
