Q-legal is a package for the integral management of Legal Profession Desktops, which reunites the management practices of professional teams, hours and expense controls, document management, and process management for the most traditional administrative and accounting practices.
The software integrates the administrative-accounting area to its own professional practice, and with the client, controlling the internal processes related to the generation of Knowledge Management, Production (Register of Hours and Expenses) Billing and Collecting, and the internal support services of the above mentioned activities. The system optimizes the time and processes freeing the way for the on-line work with their clients.
Through the electronic generation and storage of documents, the same can be catalogued (indexed) so that it is possible to recover them intelligently. This way, a professional can easily recover documents related to a certain theme, client or date. The knowledge recovery processes are absorbed in the daily tasks, to assure the formality of the internal work.
This entails a better control of hours and quality assurance in terms of task times, since the same are controlled by Automated Processes (Workflow), with alerts, notifications and delegations.
