Intellikon is a multi-language, complexive Content Management solution for Organizations.

It supplies a platform which enables a collaboration setting in the company, by providing a secure and scalable electronic document repository, and a set of tools which make it easier for applications to access this repository.

The system’s richness makes it possible to work with documents, images, links and multimedia files. It enables text recognition both belonging to documents and forms. It also enables documents and forms to be cataloged in categories defined by the organization.

Intellikon eliminates time losses in document searches inherent in traditional storages and search mechanisms. Furthermore, it makes it possible to make knowledge available to the client by means of an Extranet, which results in improvements in the company’s image, and reduces the number of inquiry calls.

Among its main strengths are its powerful ability to perform searches with filters for each property of the documents, by category and by Thesaurus words, and its full text search inside properties. Also, in extreme cases, it is possible to perform “brute force” searches by indexing all words in the documents stored in the base.

As for the Thesaurus, Intellikon handles two levels in order to catalog its contents, thus allowing one or more categories to be specified as relating to a document, together with a set of reference words so that the document can be found in searches that use those words.
